The Property Services and Facilities teams are responsible for the maintenance of Southdown’s diverse set of properties across Sussex. We understand that every tenant has unique needs and circumstances, which is why we adapt our service delivery to ensure comfort and satisfaction for all residents. Our multi-disciplinary teams maintain exceptional standards through rigorous safety inspections, responsive repairs, and meticulous grounds maintenance. Operational Support oversees our clients’ facilities, ensuring that both fire safety and health and safety measures are always up to date.

Typical Roles

Property Surveyor

Our Property Surveyors are experts in resolving building defects and managing property issues. They deliver high-quality reinvestment while prioritising the health and safety of all tenants. 

Property Administrator

Our Property Administrators are integral in the day-to-day running of our properties, coordinating contractors, raising orders for maintenance works and prioritising cost estimates.
