Mental Health and Wellbeing Services
Mental Health and Wellbeing Services
Our Mental Health and Wellbeing services are recovery-focused resources with compassionate guidance delivered by staff with lived experience. We've supported over 9,200 people through our comprehensive mental health services in the last year, spanning employment support, learning opportunities, peer support and well-being programmes. In partnership with the NHS, we provide free clinical advice, while our UOK platform makes mental health resources easily accessible via an integrated website and social media platform. Our focus is to help people manage their mental health so that they can maintain employment, improve their quality of life and build a renewed sense of optimism for the future.

Employment Specialist
Our Employment Specialists are trained in the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, which helps people access and retain fulfilling employment.
